Bhavika Fashion Return Policy

We strive to provide you with the best saree shopping experience. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  • 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

  • Notify Us Within 24 Hours: To initiate a return, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order at bhavikafashion1@gmail.com

  • Unused and Unworn Items Only: Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • Color Variations: Please note that we do not accept returns for minor color variations between the saree you received and how it appeared online. Slight differences may occur due to photography and screen settings.

  • No Returns on Deep Discounts: Items purchased at a discount of more than 35% are not eligible for returns.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized sarees and items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges directly on our website. If you wish to exchange an item, please send the item back to us then we will send the requested exchange item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, call/message/email us for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Refund Policy

At Bhavika Fashion, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality sarees and a seamless shopping experience. To confirm your order, we require a Rs. 200 advance payment as part of our order confirmation process.  

Please note the following:  
1. Non-Refundable Advance: The Rs. 200 advance is non-refundable once your order has been dispatched from our side.  
2. Cancellations or Refusals: If you choose to cancel your order after dispatch or refuse to accept the delivery, the advance amount will not be refunded.  
3. Customer Responsibility: By placing an order and making the advance payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
